Laine Andre Bilodeau, 66

Mar 25, 2014

Laine Andre Bilodeau, 66, of Wareham, died unexpectedly on March 19. He was the son of the late Frederick A and Yvonne (Laine) Bilodeau.

Laine was a spirited and jolly soul. He enjoyed riding his bike and his men’s’ fellowship breakfasts, but most of all volunteering. He could be found just about anywhere service was needed. From delivering food and hugs to the homeless with Church of the Good Shepherd, to meals on wheels with the Senior Center, Laine devoted his life to helping those in need.

He spent over 30 years with the Tabernacle of Praise and loved singing and playing keyboard. He generously did janitorial work there as well. He lived his life in service of others and is a shining example of what we should aspire to.

He will be greatly missed by many including his adoptive family the Anestis, Pastor Daniel Pierce and the Tabernacle, friends at the Nazarene, Multi-Service Center, and many more.

A memorial service will be held March 29 at 1 p.m. at the Tabernacle. Donations can be made to Tabernacle of Praise. Please specify for Laine Bilodeau in memo line.
