TO: Darrell M. Correia, Karen A. Correia

and to all persons entitled to the benefit of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, 50 U.S.C. c. 50 §3901 (et seq):

Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-4, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-4

claiming to have an interest in a Mortgage covering real property in West Wareham (Wareham), numbered 14 Bog Iron Road, given by Darrell M. Correia and Karen A. Correia to Option One Mortgage Corporation, dated August 10, 2005, and recorded in Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in Book 31283, Page 1, as affected by Judgment dated August 14, 2019, and recorded at
said Registry of Deeds in Book 51744, Page 4, and now held by the Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant’s/Defendants’ Servicemembers status.

If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act. If you object to a foreclosure of the above-mentioned property on that basis, then you or your attorney must file a written appearance and answer in this court at Three Pemberton Square, Boston, MA 02108 on or before 1/18/2021 or you may lose the opportunity to challenge the foreclosure on the ground of noncompliance with the Act.

TOWN OF WAREHAM
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

SEALED PROPOSALS for SERVICES as a MASTER DEVELOPER for the HISTORIC TREMONT NAIL FACTORY AT 8 ELM STREET (the “premises”) in Wareham MA, shall be received at the offices of the Wareham Town Administrator, Memorial Town Hall, 54 Marion Road, Wareham, MA 02571, until 4:00 PM, on Wednesday January 27, 2021, and at that time and place be publicly opened and read.

Proposals must be made in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Master Developer of Historic Tremont Nail Factory.” Phone calls, telegrams, postmarks, etc. shall not be considered. Proposals not submitted on original forms shall be deemed non-responsive. The Town of Wareham assumes no liability for proposals mistakenly opened due to improperly labeled envelopes and will return same to proposer without notice.

Specifications will be available and may be obtained from the Office of the Town Administrator at the above address, or online on the town website, on or after 9:00 a.m. on December 17, 2020.

There will be non-mandatory, pre-proposal site visits on Monday and Tuesday, January 11 and 12, 2021, at 10:00AM. Interested parties must reserve a time to participate.

Please address all questions to the Town Administrator’s office in writing no later than 4:00PM Wednesday, January 13, 2021.

The Town of Wareham reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject, in whole or in part any and all bids, or take whatever other action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
