REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

SEALED PROPOSALS for SERVICES as a MASTER DEVELOPER for the HISTORIC TREMONT NAIL FACTORY AT 8 ELM STREET in Wareham MA, shall be received at the offices of the Wareham Town Administrator, Memorial Town Hall, 54 Marion Road, Wareham, MA 02571, until 4:00 PM, on Thursday, March 17, 2022, and at that time and place be publicly opened and read.

Proposals must be made in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Tremont Nail Factory Property Master Developer.” Phone calls, telegrams, postmarks, etc. shall not be considered. Proposals not submitted on original forms shall be deemed non-responsive. The Town of Wareham assumes no liability for proposals mistakenly opened due to
improperly labeled envelopes and will return same to proposer without notice.

Specifications will be available and may be obtained from the Office of the Town Administrator at the above address, or online on the Town’s website, www.wareham.ma.us/bids-rfps, on or after 9:00 a.m. on February 3, 2022.

There will be non-mandatory, pre-proposal site visit on February 24, 2022, at 10:00AM. Interested parties must reserve a place to participate by emailing the Director of Planning and Development, Ken Buckland, kbuckland@wareham.ma.us.
