Transfer of License of existing §12 Annual All Alcoholic Beverages Restaurant License from Vel’s, Inc., d/b/a Vel’s Restaurant, to CR-CM Treat Group, LLC., d/b/a C-Stones Tavern, Robert Harriman, Jr., Manager. The premises is located at 2352 Cranberry Highway, West Wareham MA 02576 and described as follows:

The applicant is proposing to raze the house and construct 2 – 120’ long x 60’ wide industrial buildings to be used by tradesmen for storage of materials, and tools, and as a base from which to conduct their local commercial businesses with utilities. The buildings will be accessed through a driveway, and supported by a water service connection, stormwater management system and a onsite Title 5 compliant septic system.
The project includes the construction of a portion of a access driveway within the riverfront area, outer riparian zone (100-200 feet to the river), buffer zone to the bordering vegetated wetland and land subject to flooding. No work is proposed within the NHESP estimated and priority habitat area. The limit of work is 86 feet from the BVW and 167.7 feet from the river at it’s closest point.
