A certain parcel of land situated in Wareham, Plymouth County, Massachusetts, together with the buildings thereon, consisting of the Southwesterly halves of Lots #66 and #67 as shown on “Plots of Lots, Pine Point, Wareham, Mass., Tempest Knob Terrace Land Co., Subdivided May, 1923, by Frederick S. Weston, C.E.” filed with Plymouth County Registry of Deeds, Plan Book 4, Page 56.

Said Southwesterly halves of said two lots in their entirety are more particularly bounded and described as follows:

NORTHWESTERLY Fifty-one and 99/100 (51.99) feet by Lot #68;

SOUTHWESTERLY Ninety and 00/100 (90.00) feet by Circuit Avenue:

SOUTHEASTERLY Sixty-four and 83/100 (64.38) feet, more or less, by Lot #65; and

NORTHEASTERLY Ninety-one and 00/100 (91.00) feet, more or less, by the Northerly halves of said Lots 66 and 67.

The Northwesterly, Southwesterly and Southeasterly boundaries being as shown on said Plan.

Said premises are hereby conveyed subject to and with the benefit of rights, privileges, casements, conditions and restrictions of record and appurtenant thereto so far as the same are in force and applicable thereto.

Sealed bids will be received at the Water Pollution Control Facility office at 6 Tony’s Lane Wareham Ma, 02571,until Tuesday December 17, 2024 9:00 a.m. Est, at which time and place, said Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bid submissions must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Water Pollution Control Facilty As needed operation and On-call Emergancy Services.”
