NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen has received an application for:

1. Change of Stock Interest of an Existing Year Round Package Goods Store All Alcoholic Beverages License from ACAP, Inc. d/b/a Wines & More, 2421 Cranberry Highway, Ste 460, Wareham, MA under the provisions of Chapter 138 of the Massachusetts General Laws. Relative to the Change of Stock Interest, fifty percent (50%) of the shares of the company will be sold to the Treasurer of ACAP, Inc. d/b/a Wines & More.
2. Change of Manager under the provisions of Chapter 138 of the Massachusetts General Laws.
3. Change of Officers/Directors under the provisions of Chapter 138 of the Massachusetts General Laws.

The building is a one story concrete building consisting of 25,311 square feet with restrooms, storage room coolers and class room. The building has four entrances/exits, front, sides and rear.

It is ordered: That a virtual public hearing be held on said application within the Selectmen’s Meeting at approximately 7:15 p.m. on the 2nd day of November, 2021.
