State Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell, has returned approval of Article #S13 & Article #S15 (Zoning) from the Town of Wareham’s Special Town Meeting held on April 24, 2023. Accepted with the Approval Date of September 5, 2023.

Copies of these by-laws may be seen at the office of Debra A. Gremo, CMMC/CMC, Town Clerk, 54 Marion Road, Wareham, MA 02571, between the hours of 8:00AM and 6:00PM, Monday, Wednesday & Thursday, Tuesday 8:00AM and 6:30PM Copies of these by-laws are available on line at www.wareham.ma.us, Town Clerk Dept., By-laws.

Any claim that these general and zoning by-laws are invalid because of a defect in the procedure by which they were adopted or amended may only be made within 90 days of this posting.
