LYNNE BESSE , RECOGNIZED AS SANDALS AND BEACHES RESORTS SILVER AGENT

Jan 4, 2011

ONSET, MA, September 2010 – Lynne Besse, Owner of The Travel Scene, has just come back from Sandals Emerald Bay – Exuma Bahmas; Sandals Royal Bahamian; and Beaches Turks & Caicos to re-certified her lifetime Silver level status in Sandals Resorts' Certified Sandals Specialist (CSS) program. She joins an elite group of travel agents recognized by Sandals and Beaches Resorts as experts on the Caribbean's leading chain of luxury ultra all-inclusive resorts.

Travel agents with a CSS designation are required to complete a rigorous education and training program on a yearly basis that ensures customers they are the experts on all facets of Sandals and Beaches Resorts. Silver level CSS agents must report a minimum of (26-75) traveled bookings, since their initial enrollment in the program - in some cases dating as far back as 1996 - the program's initial year of inception.

"I am proud of this accomplishment," said Lynne. "Vacations are memories in the making and we take our responsibility to clients very seriously. Customers want to be confident that the information they receive is based on expert knowledge and having the CSS Silver designation does just that."

According to Mandy Chomat, senior vice president of Sandals and Beaches Resorts,

training and highlighting the best representatives of the brands is a key strategy for the

Caribbean-based resort chain. "At Sandals, our goal is to exceed client expectations every time," said Chomat. "And Lynne is an essential part of this effort. She knows the intimate details of each resort and is able to match customers to the perfect Sandals or Beaches vacation. We congratulate Lynne on the hard work that brought her to this level and wish her and The Travel Scene the very best."
