Marylou Piscitelli, 74

Marylou E. (O’Connor) Piscitelli, 74, of Wareham, died Aug. 19 at home while surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of Paul J. Piscitelli and the daughter of the late Daniel F. and Ina (Ingalls) O’Connor.

She was born in Boston and lived in Wareham since 1979. She graduated from Roslindale High School.

Mrs. Piscitelli was a cranberry grower and owned and operated Onset Cranberry Bogs with her husband Paul. She was a member of the Cape Cod Cranberry Growers Association. She loved her family, gardening and travelling.

Survivors include her husband, Paul J. Piscitelli; a daughter, Diana Piscitelli of East Wareham; a son, John Piscitelli of West Warwick, Rhode Island; a sister, Ina Feeney of Cape Coral, Florida; two grandchildren, Corynn Rinta and Matthew Rinta. She was the mother of the late Joseph Piscitelli.

Visiting hours are from 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 22, in the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 2599 Cranberry Highway, Wareham.

Her funeral will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 23, in the Church of the Vine, 5 Wareham St., Carver.
