Melissa Sanders, 38, of West Wareham died Friday, Nov. 22, 2013.

Born in Weymouth, she was the daughter of Sara W. (Cunningham) Bates of West Wareham and the late Walter F. Sanders.

Melissa was a lifelong resident of West Wareham and graduated from Wareham High School with the Class of 1993. She loved being a Mom and spending time with her children.

She is survived by her two children, Hannah F. Stallings and Cole Z. Kashick both of West Wareham; her mother, Sara W. Bates and her step-father, Frederick Bates of West Wareham; her sister, Wendy Savary and her husband Christopher of West Wareham; her nephew, Christopher Savary of West Wareham and her grandmother, Barbara Sanders of Bourne.

Family and friends are invited to visiting hours at the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 2599 Cranberry Highway (Rt. 28), Wareham on Tues., Nov. 26th from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Graveside services will be private.
