A monday full of music
Event Date:
Get ready to sing along at the Wareham Free Library during a concert by award-winning Indigenous singer and songwriter Kim Moberg.
The concert is on Monday, July 14 at 7 p.m. and the library is located on 59 Marion Road.
Moberg has released three albums with Grammy-nominated producer Jon Evans. Her third release “The Seven Fires Prophecy Suite for Humanity” ties ancient native prophecies to the current social environment. Moberg’s fourth project “All That Really Matters,” will be released this year.
Moberg invites listeners to join her musical stories with a combination of rich vocals and skillful guitar work. Accompanying Kim is multi-instrumentalist and music educator Brian Miller.
Participants are encouraged to bring a blanket or chair, bug spray and a picnic snack to enjoy. A donation to Damien's Food Pantry is a ticket into the show. The concert will be held inside if the weather is not cooperative and it is sponsored by Friends of the Wareham Free Library.
