The Oakgrove Cape Verdean Cultural Center will host the Oakgrove 100th Anniversary Dinner Dance on Friday, August 9, from 6 p.m. to 12 a.m. at the Dudley L. Brown VFW in Onset.

A Cape Verdean buffet will be served from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The dance, featuring music from Lady K, begins at 8 p.m. and wraps up at 12 a.m.
