Patricia L. Crocker, 83, of West Wareham, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday, October 8, 2023. She was born in Wareham to the late Richard I. and Margaret (Billard) Crocker.

Pat was a talented woman with many specialties that included knitting, crocheting, baking and furniture refinishing to name a few. She would work for hours making the perfect sweater for a grandchild, bake delicious treats to share with her family and friends, create special themed birthday cakes – the list goes on.

She was the grandma by which all grandmas should be measured. She was a soft place to land, a warm hug, a place to vent or someone to put you in your place. She was loved beyond measure and her memory will live on forever with her loved ones.

She is survived by her daughter, Lora Avilla and her husband Bill, her grandchildren Jessica Fluegel and her husband Nathan, Melissa Avilla and Billy Avilla; great-grandchildren Zachary Sass, Julia Fluegel, Maggie Avilla and Sebastian Avilla; a sister Janice Draper and her husband James; a brother Gene Crocker and his wife Linda; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her brothers Bruce, Glenn and Richard Crocker as well as her great-niece Samantha Brown.
