Looking to be more informed about protecting watersheds? Urine luck.
The Wareham Land Trust is co-sponsoring a free informational talk Tuesday, April 14, at 6 p.m. at the Wareham Free Library, 59 Marion Road. with Nutrients out of Wareham Wastewater on urine diversion and its role in protecting local waterways.
The program, “Pee the Change,” will be presented by Julia Cavicchi, education director of the Rich Earth Institute in Vermont. The talk will explore how urine diversion is used around the world and in Massachusetts to reduce pollution and support watershed health.
