The Wareham Fighting Addiction Coalition will host a presentation about the dangers of children vaping at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, January 15, at the Church of the Good Shepherd at 74 High Street.

Despite the known dangers of vape pens and e-cigarettes, 20 percent of high school students report currently using the devices, while 40 percent have tried them at least once. 

The presentation will discuss what vapes are, why they are dangerous, and how community members can help protect kids from the vaping trend.
