Before grabbing a pair of cleats and getting outside this spring, head over to the Wareham Free Library for a workshop on how to prevent injuries.

The workshop will be held Wednesday, March 12 at 6:30 p.m. at the library located at 59 Marion Road.

The workshop will be run by the staff from Physical Therapy U in Buzzards Bay and it will cover different ways of preventing injury.

The workshop is free and no registration is required.
