Priscilla A. (Barlow) Geary, 100, died at home Dec. 8, 2014. She was the widow of the late William Henry Geary, II and the daughter of the late Captain Alden Wright Barlow and Rose (Landers) Barlow

Mrs. Geary was born in Bourne, MA and lived in Wareham for many years

She graduated from Hyannis State Teachers College.

Mrs. Geary worked as a First Grade Teacher in the Town of Wareham for 32 years before retiring in 1979.

Survivors include her son, William Henry Geary III and his wife, Candace who both cared for her daily for the last 11 years; a daughter, Joanne St. Germaine and her husband, Elmer of Wareham; her daughter-in-law, Concetta Atwood of Summerville, SC; 8 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren. Her son, Lt. Commander Barry Atwood predeceased her.

Her graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 11, 2014 at Center Cemetery, Tihonet Road, Wareham.
