Raymond E. Clancy, 72
ONSET – Raymond E. Clancy, 72, of Onset, died April 18, 2014 in the Kindred Transitional Care and Rehab Forestview. He was the widower of the late Sally A. (Beardsley) Clancy and the son of the late Raymond and Lillian (Maxim) Clancy.
Born in Wareham, Mr. Clancy lived in Onset all of his life.
Mr. Clancy was a Vietnam War Veteran serving in the U.S. Army, and he worked as a Painting Contractor and for the Clark Trust for many years before retiring.
He was a member of the Dudley Brown VFW Post in Onset. He enjoyed gardening and taking daily rides to the cranberry bogs.
Survivors include three sons, James Paulino of Wareham, Timothy Paulino of Pembroke, NH and Richard Paulino of Onset; two daughters, Alice Rathbun of West Wareham and Elizabeth Millet of Kississmee, FL; a sister, Patricia Dennison of Onset; 20 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
His graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 3, 2014 in Agawam Cemetery, Wareham.
