The last day to register to participate in the special town meeting is Wednesday, May 29, at the Town Clerk's office located at the Wareham Town Hall at 54 Marion Road. The clerk's office will stay open until 8 p.m. to allow voters more time to register.

The special election will be held Tuesday, June 18, the same night that the annual town meeting will reconvene. Registration for the annual meeting closed March 12, so any voter registering for the first time will be eligible to participate in the special town meeting, but not the annual town meeting.
