Robert L. Obin, 70, died Sunday, October 30 at his home in East Wareham after a long illness.

Born in Hyde Park, Mr. Obin was the son of the late Mary (Lamore) & Joseph A. Obin, Sr. A previous resident of Pembroke, he was employed at Revere Copper and Brass in Plymouth for many years.

Survivors include two sisters, Rita Turner of E. Wareham, Hazel Kahler of Wareham; a brother, John E. Obin of Wareham and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 2599 Cranberry Highway, Wareham on Nov. 3 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. A prayer service will be held at 7:30 p.m.
