Looking for a bargain, a bite to eat or a round of laser tag? Wareham High School DECA is bringing all that and more to its first-ever community yard sale on Saturday, May 3.

The event will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the front parking lot of Wareham High School, located at 7 Viking Drive. Visitors can shop from local vendors, enjoy food trucks, and take part in games and activities for all ages.

“This event has been in the works for a while and Wareham DECA is excited to bring this to life!” said DECA student Lily Hagen. “We all wanted to do the Community Yard Sale and are very excited for it.”

Vendor spots are available to rent, with proceeds supporting the Wareham DECA program. Students in the organization have taken charge of planning the event, led by DECA members Priscilla Ross and Sienna Cabe. On the day of the event, student volunteers will help check in vendors, assist guests, and keep things running smoothly.

Wareham DECA is a student organization that prepares high schoolers for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management through real-world business experiences.
