The boys basketball team continues to raise funds for its “Road to Florida” fundraiser. The team needs a total of $36,000 in order to make it to the national competition down in Florida.

So far, the team has raised $29,500.

The next fundraiser will take place at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 15 at the Pier View Restaurant, located at 201 Onset Avenue.

Enjoy an Italian dinner with salad and garlic bread for $15, with all proceeds going to the boys basketball team.

There will also be music and raffles.

Donations are welcomed.

Andrea Lopes said this may be the last fundraiser held for the team.

Players and alumni are anticipated to join for dinner at 6 p.m.
