To the Editor:

A special thank you to everyone who purchased tickets, sent donations, and made raffle baskets for the Chris Elicier Memorial Scholarship Fund. The businesses and companies that donated gift cards also deserve a special thank you for their generosity and thoughtfulness.

More than $6,000 was raised for Wareham High School graduates. Every year for the next six years, two graduating seniors will each receive a $500 scholarship in memory of Chris.

The scholarship committee included Shellie Costa, Diane Vasquez, Cara Pillsbury, Lauren Fortune, Jodi Baptiste, and Tori Currier.

The Elicier family appreciates the kindness of all who contributed to this scholarship fund.
