Theo Carlson Smith lost his battle with cancer on Dec. 26. Theo was born June 17, 1946, in Wareham and attended Wareham schools. He also served in the U.S. Navy. He is survived by his brothers James of Florida, Jerry, Alton and David of Wareham and his sisters Gloria, of Plymouth, Mary and Edith of Wareham. He is also survived by his family in Texas. He was predeceased by his parents, Theo and Victoria (Fish) Smith and his sister, Victoria.
