WAREHAM – Therese C. Rogers, 100, died Monday, September 23, 2024 at her home after a long illness. She was the wife of the late William M. Rogers, Jr.

Born in Middleboro, she was the daughter of the late Gideon and Marie (Beaulieau) Fortin. Mrs. Rogers lived in Middleboro for many years until she moved to Wareham in 1952. She was a homemaker.

She was a communicant of St. Patrick's Church in Wareham and enjoyed baking, spending time with her family, photography, gardening and picking flowers.

Survivors include her sons, Mark Rogers and his wife Luzia and Joseph Rogers all of Wareham; her sister, Ann Chilcot of Middleboro; her grandchildren, Jonathan Rogers and his wife Haley, and Victoria Rogers Burke and her husband Michael. She was predeceased by his siblings, the late Frederick Fortin, Herve Fortin, Maureen Gabrey, Odet Rudolph, Marcel Fortin, and Aimee Fortin.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Friday, September 27, 2024 at Chapman Funerals & Cremations – Wareham, 2599 Cranberry Hwy. (Rt. 28), Wareham from 4 – 7 PM. Funeral will be from the funeral home on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at 9 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Patrick's Church, High St., Wareham at 10 AM. Interment will be in Center Cemetery, Wareham.
