Three juveniles charged with vandalism

Dec 17, 2014

Three "middle school-aged" boys have been charged with vandalism of several Town of Wareham buildings and property, according to police.

Police said that over the course of the past two weeks, buildings owned by the town and at least one town-owned vehicle had been spraypainted on. The "tagging" included vulgar terms and symbols that were in the public's view.

Karl Baptiste, Wareham's School Resource officer, conducted an investigation that led to the charges, which were the result of statements of admission by the juveniles involved.

The three juveniles were summoned to appear at Juvenile Court in Wareham regarding the charges.
