Properly trimming trees will be the topic at an upcoming lecture hosted by the St. Margaret/St. Mary Women’s Guild.

“Cutting Down or Trimming Trees in Your Yard” will be held May 4 from 1 to 1:30 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 5 Armory Road, Buzzards Bay.

Speaker will be Mike Ponte, of Wareham’s Pontiac Tree Service.

Pontiac will answer questions regarding tree trimming, stump removal and safety.

This event is free and all are welcome to attend. Refreshments will be served.
