The Wareham 12U Little League all-star team placed second in the league's championship tournament on Sunday, July 24, after losing to Old Rochester 9-2.

The team was awarded trophies and posed next to the "Green Monster" on the "Little Fenway" field in Freetown where the championship game took place.
