Wareham driver faces charges after rollover in Marion

Three people were involved in a rollover on I-195 in Marion around 9:45 a.m. on Friday morning, and the driver, 20-year-old David Hill of Wareham, now faces several charges.

The other two occupants were 18 and 19 years old.

All were able to get out of the maroon Yukon, which landed on its side in the median. According to the police and EMS broadcast, one person was moving in and out of consciousness. The other two people had non-life-threatening injuries. All three were transported to hospitals. Further information about their conditions is unknown.

According to State Police, Hill will be charged with operating on a revoked or suspended license, negligent operation of a vehicle and speeding. There was already a warrant out for his arrest on an unrelated charge.

Marion and Mattapoisett Fire, Police and EMS responded to the scene as did the State Police.
