Wareham Fire District opens third storage tank
Jun 21, 2010
The Wareham Fire District Water Department cut the ribbon on their latest project, a 209,000-gallon water storage facility at the Fire Department's Station 3 in East Wareham on Wednesday, June 16.
The project, which included a tank and site improvements to the Fire Station's grounds, came in under budget - costing under $1.3 million of the $1.5 million approved. It was funded by the Capital Improvement Project line, which is billed to the water users on a consumption-based formula.
