A blacksmith is coming to Wareham to show off his talents.

The Wareham Historical Society will host blacksmith Dean Rantz at the Methodist Meeting House at 495 Main Street on Jan. 20 at 7 p.m.

Rantz has been a "Practicing Blacksmith" since 1982. He operates, Rock Village Forge in Middleborough, Mass. Using traditional tools and techniques, he creates and recreates Hand forged-Iron work -- specializing in restoration hardware.
