Wareham Free Library announces October Technology class schedule
The Wareham Free Library has announced its technology programming for October.
Four basic computer skills classes will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesdays, starting with instruction on using a mouse and keyboard on October 8. Sessions will follow on how to operate search engines on October 15; using an e-mail account on October 22; and how to be safe while on the web on October 29.
The library also offers intermediate computer classes on Thursdays in October at 1:30 p.m. Students will be instructed in how to use Microsoft Word on October 10; Microsoft Excel on October 17; and how to organize files and folders on October 24.
Additionally, two stand-alone sessions on how to use Ancestry Library Edition will be held on Wednesday, October 9, and Wednesday, October 23. Both classes will start at 1 p.m.
Spaces are limited and registration is required. Laptops will be provided by the library.
