Wareham High School seniors receive President's Volunteer Service Award

Wareham High School Seniors Jamie Read and Victoria Crockett have been honored for with a President's Volunteer Service Award. 
 
The award, which recognizes Americans of all ages for volunteer efforts to serve their communities and country, was granted by the Prudential Spirit of Community Awards program.
 
Wareham High School nominated Jamie and Victoria for national honors this fall in recognition of their volunteer service with the Key Club and through other clubs at Wareham High School. 
 
“These students are great role models for all of our students to emulate,” said Wareham High School Principal Scott Palladino. “They are excellent students in the classroom, have taken many advanced level courses and have volunteered thousands of hours of community service during their four years at Wareham High School. We are very proud of Jamie and Victoria and are excited to see what they accomplish in the next few years.”
