Police responded to a three-car, motor-vehicle accident with injury. Angela Smith, 63, of 922 Point Rd., Marion, received a citation for negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked-lanes violation.

Adam N. Dauphinais, 27, of 19 Indian Neck Rd., Wareham, was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon after a store clerk reported that a customer was threatened by a person with a buck knife.

A female reported receiving threatening phone calls from her ex-husband. Luis A. Gonzales, 51, of 10H 12 State St., Wareham, was arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery threatening to commit a crime and cause bodily harm.

March 20

Benjamin A. Gomes, 55, of 3083 Cranberry Highway, Wareham, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, subsequent offense, disturbing the peace, and OUI liquor, second offense.

Rescue responded to a call of a person with a broken nose. Trevor Schofield, 29, of 32 Camardo Drive, Wareham, was placed in custody and charged with domestic assault and battery. Christopher Steven Watt, 39, of 32 Camardo Drive, Wareham, was summoned for assault and battery.

Michael W. Thompson, 47, of 6 Linden St., Onset, was arrested on a warrant, and James W. Franklin III, 42, of 37 Onset Ave., Onset, was charged with OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, a marked-lanes violation, and speeding.

Charles E. Chaples, 55, of 824 Point Rd., Marion, was arrested and charged with OUI Liquor, 4th offense, a marked-lanes violation, and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.

Christopher J. Bartolomey, 23, of 22 Bartlett Lane, East Wareham, was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property in excess of $250.

March 18

Anthony Joseph McCormack, 26, of 29 Dots Lane, Onset, was arrested on a warrant and charged with resisting arrest after a caller reported a suspicious person entering an empty trailer.

Joseph Lund, 54, of 23 West Blvd., Wareham, was charged with malicious damage to a motor vehicle.

Michael P. Gorman, 30, of 96 Standish Ave., E. Wareham, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
