An attendant at Joe’s Gas on Main Street was arrested on Saturday, Jan. 12 after Officer Nate Aronson said he witnessed the man exposing himself and committing a lewd act in public.

According to reports, three witnesses approached Aronson on Main Street to inform him of the the attendant’s lewd behavior around 8:15 p.m.

Upon his arrival at the gas station, Aronson said he saw the attendant, Abdelfadel Mziouak, 45, of New Bedford engaged in the same activity the witnesses had described. 

Mziouak was placed under arrest by Aronson and taken to police headquarters for processing.

Mziouak is charged with two counts of open and gross lewdness and was expected to appear in Wareham District Court on Jan. 14.
