Wareham Police recover stolen property, arrest 4

Police arrested three Wareham residents and one homeless man in connection with a string of robberies, including the theft of equipment and tools from a construction site on Rosebrook Way.

On Jan. 18 at 12:45 p.m., Wareham Police executed a search warrant at 20 Pires St. after investigating several reports of breaking and entering around town.

Police reported that all four were found inside the home during the search, along with tools stolen from the All-American Assisted Living facility currently under construction, televisions and other items reported stolen from previous incidents.

According to police, Wareham Detectives will continue their investigation into the break-ins, which may lead to additional arrests and recovered property.

Those arrested are: Nicole Card, 30, of 20 Pires St.; Darryl Franklin, 27, homeless; David Johnson, 43, of 20 Pires St.; and Brandon Pratt, 24, of 3033 Cranberry Highway.

All were charged with receiving stolen property over $250.
