Wareham Weekend!
There are a host of ghostly activities happening this weekend in anticipation of Halloween! Here's the little round-up we like to call Wareham Weekend.
Friday, October 25
Bog Fright Night begins
Bog Fright Night returns to the A.D. Makepeace Company's Tihonet Village property on October 25, 26, and 27 beginning at 6 p.m. each day.
Wagon rides travel through haunted woods and bogs and ghouls provide entertainment along the way.
On Friday, Johnny's Basement plays classic rock and the Kaleidoscope of Dance & Gymnastics performs. The Showstoppers performance group joins Kaleidoscope on Saturday. The Showstoppers return on Sunday.
Proceeds benefit the youth organizations who coordinate the event, including Wareham, Bourne, and Upper Cape Tech schools, the Onset Youth Center, and MA Children's Relief.
Wagon rides cost $7 in advance or $9 on the weekend of the event. The last wagon leaves at 8:30 p.m. Reservations can be made at www.tihonet.com. Beginning October 16, reservations can be made at Makepeace Farms in Tihonet Village or by calling 508-295-5437, Tuesdays through Sundays, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
