Southcoast Health announced that Wareham’s Eileen Hardy has been named one if its 2016 Volunteers of the Year.

“We are fortunate to have over 500 volunteers who tirelessly help care for our patients in many different ways, and our four Volunteers of the Year exemplify that generous spirit and commitment,” said Jack Dresser, senior vice president and chief philanthropy officer of Southcoast Health.

Hardy is Tobey Hospital’s volunteer of the year. She has volunteered for eight years; donating about 50 hours of her time every month. She provides valuable volunteer support in the emergency department.
