Wareham Youth Soccer will be holding tryouts for its spring 2020 travel teams on Sunday, October 27, at the Decas Elementary School.

Tryout times are determined by age and gender. 

For boys, those born in 2011 and 2012 will tryout from 9:30 to 10:30, those born in 2009 and 2010 will try out from 11 to 12, and players born in 2007 and 2008 will try out from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Players born in 2005 and 2006 should contact Roy Veugen by emailing rveugen@comcast.net. Boys born in 2004 and 2003 should email Bob Catarius by emailing rfcarch@msn.com.

Girls born in 2011 and 2012 will tryout from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., those born in 2008, 2009, and 2010 will tryout from 11 a.m. to noon, those born in 2006 or 2007 will tryout from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Players born in 2002, 2003, 2004, or 2005 should email Bob Catarius at rfcarch@msn.com.

Players should arrive 15 minutes early, accompanied by a parent or guardian, and dressed for soccer with a soccer ball and water.

The travel teams are in the South Coast Soccer League, and the season starts in March and ends in June. There will be 4 home games or 4 away games, all played on weekends. 

Selected players must register online between Oct. 27 and Dec. 1. Registration costs $110. Players must also purchase a new uniform online, which costs $50.
