William Lowe Appleby, 70, of Wareham, passed away Tuesday, June 3 at the Kindred Transitional Care at Forestview. Mr. Appleby was born in Durham, England the son of the late Raymond and Jane (Lowe) Appleby.

Mr. Appleby was the former manager of Maxwell-Silverman’s Restaurant located at Lincoln Square in Worcester and he also worked for the Sonesta Hotel group in Bermuda. He is survived by his daughter Elizabeth “Liza” Appleby and his granddaughter Callie of West Wareham. He was the brother of John and his wife Maggie Appleby of England. He was also survived by his niece Charlotte, nephew John and his former wife Cynthia Viles Appleby.
