Fireflies, lightning bugs, that annoying song from 2009.

Whatever you call them, they will be all aglow at Douglas S. Westgate Preserve, 29 Papermill Road, on Friday, June 23 at 8:30 p.m.

At the time that fireflies are at peak visibility, Plymouth County entomologist Blake Dinius will lead a hike delving into the world of these luminous insects.
