Wareham woman charged with OUI had child in the car

Jessica Iacobucci of Wareham was arrested by Plymouth police on Friday night after she was allegedly found under the influence of an unknown substance and in possession of drugs with a nine-year-old child in her car.

Iacobucci, 38, of 14 Uncatena Road, Wareham, was reportedly arrested at 11:04 p.m. and charged with operating under the influence of drugs and endangerment of a child due to OUI.

According to Captain John Rogers of the Plymouth Police Department, an officer in the area of Cedarville was flagged down by a passerby who reported the erratic operation of a vehicle. The officer found the vehicle, which had pulled into the parking lot of a convenience store. Upon approaching the vehicle the officer noticed that Iacobucci was exhibiting symptoms of impairment. Upon further investigation, police concluded that the substance was likely a type of narcotic.

Iacobucci was allegedly in possession of a small amount of cocaine.

According to police, this is Iacobucci's second arrest for driving under the influence.
