Wareham all-stars win it all in Bourne tournament
The Wareham Under-12 All-Stars won the Bourne 12U Baseball Tournament last weekend in dramatic fashion. Wareham went 4-0 in the tournament, which hosted teams from all across the state.

Wareham next faced the home team, Bourne. Reidy led off the game with a home run followed by singles by Pearle, Thornell and Zine. Wareham batted through the order in the first inning and the offense never stopped as Wareham won the game, 14-3, clinching a spot in the finals on Sunday.
The Kool Kone-sponsored Wareham team was faced with a rematch against Needham in the championship game. After falling behind 5-0 in the first inning, Wareham clawed its way back to trail 8-7 by the end of the fourth.
