Christian Marc Iacobucci, 42, of Plymouth, died Monday, September 22, 2014 at Tobey Hospital in Wareham from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was the husband of Allyson D. (Whouley) Iacobucci.

Born in Weymouth, he was the son of John and Mary (Lennon) Iacobucci of Wareham. A longtime resident of Wareham, Chris graduated from Wareham High School in 1990. He has lived in Plymouth since 1998.

Chris worked as a telecommunications technician for Carousel Industries. An extremely talented musician, lyricist and songwriter, Chris was a member of the band, The Woodland Creatures.

He is survived by his wife, Allyson D. Iacobucci of Plymouth; his children, Mya Dee Iacobucci, Olivia Dee Iacobucci, Jason Robert Iacobucci and Michael Andrew Whouley, all of Plymouth; his parents, John and Mary Iacobucci of Wareham; his sisters, Darlene M. Iacobucci of New Bedford and Jessica Mary Iacobucci of Wareham; his brother, John Robert Iacobucci and his wife Marianne of Wareham; his paternal grandfather, Joseph Iacobucci of Abington and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

His funeral will be from the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 2599 Cranberry Highway (Rt. 28), Wareham on Saturday, Sept. 27th Christian Burial at St. Patrick’s Church, High St., Wareham at 10 a.m. Interment will be private. Visiting hours will be Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
