Lisa M. Ruiz, 46, of Wareham, died Sept. 30 at home.

She was born in Stoughton and lived in Wareham for many years.

Ms. Ruiz worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Radius Health Care in Plymouth for several years. She enjoyed working and loved her family and friends.

Survivors include two sons, Carlos Gonzalez of Wareham and Jose A. Gonzalez of Wareham; a daughter, Felicia M.A. Gonzalez of West Wareham; her mother, Carol (Moore) Foggie of Onset; her father, Amelio Riveira of Brockton; two grandchildren; three brothers, Raymond Ruiz of Brockton, Amelio Moore and Allen Ruiz both of Virginia; and her companion, Luiz Gonzalez of Wareham. She was the grandmother of the late Rosaleigh Gonzalez.

Visiting hours are from 5 to 8 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 6 in the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 2599 Cranberry Hwy.
