Jonathan J. Snyder, 57, of Wareham formerly of Springfield passed away Wednesday October 8, in Wareham after a long illness.

Jonathan was born in Springfield the son of the late Benjamin and Ruth “Broadbent” Snyder. He attended and graduated from the Springfield School system. He worked many different jobs over the recent years including construction and truck driving.

Jonathan is survived by his children; Justina Snyder of Manchester, New Hampshire; Jennifer Snyder of Plymouth; and Patrick and Tess Snyder, both of Bourne. He is the brother of Phillip Snyder of Springfield and the grandfather of Bradley Miller. He is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.

His funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday October 25, at 9 a.m. in Saint Patrick’s Church, 82 High Street, Wareham. Please gather at the church at 8:45 a.m. There will be no visiting hours.
