Wareham Public Schools will be closed on Friday, January 30, according to school officials.

This announcement comes after school closings on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

According to Wareham Public Schools' Facebook page, Superintendant Dr. Kimberly Shaver-Hood spent some time traveling around Wareham Thursday "surveying" the schools and the town.

"Superintendent Shaver-Hood thanks the town for its efforts in getting the roads cleared up, but it is going to take another day due to the magnitude of the storm," said a post on the page.
