Bog Fright Night IV to be held

Oct 14, 2010

Take a ride on the road less traveled, where the underworld is free to roam!

Bog Fright Night IV runs October 22 through 24 at  Tihonet Village, with scary wagon rides through the woods and cranberry bogs and a haunted hike through the village!

Wagon-ride tickets cost $5 with prepaid reservations and $7 at the event, and travel through the woods and along cranberry bogs from 6 to 8:30 p.m. on each night.

Boy Scoup Troop 93 returns with a Haunted Hike in the Village.

Warm your toes and let your nerves recover with a warm beverage at Tihonet Village Market.

Reservations are highly recommended to avoid lines and secure a ride on the desired night. For tickets, stop in the Tihonet Village Market from Tuesday through Saturday, or call 508-295-5437 between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Bog Fright Night is sponsored by A. D. Makepeace, Edaville Railroad and Jellystone Campground of Cape Cod. Over 300 ghouls from Wareham Youth Partnership's Onset Youth Center, Wareham Middle School Renaissance Program and MA Children’s Relief, as well as community volunteers and sponsors, participate in Bog Fright Night. Wagon ride proceeds benefit the three youth organizations coordinating the event.
