The laughs return to Buzzards Play Productions when Carolees Comedy Corner returns to the theater on Saturday, June 13.

Stephanie Peters, The Comedy Diva, will be headlining the show. Peters has been called “a modern day Totie Fields” by the Boston Herald. The Boston Globe named her “The new face of comedy.” The View’s Joy Behar called her “a real natural.”

Also featured is a young, up and coming comic Mike Fahey, who has performed at The Comedy Studio, Laugh Boston, Nick’s Comedy Stop, Stand Up Scottsdale among others. Fahey won second place in Carolees Comedy Contest 2014.

House MC Chris Tabb is a comedian in his own right and in 2014 he played the role of DJ Mike in the indie film, “Against the Jab.”

A 50/50 raffle will be held to benefit The Dorothi W. Woods Dance Scholarship.

Tickets are $12 at the door for those 18 and older with a photo ID. There is a beer and wine cash bar for those 21 and over. Buzzards Play Productions, Inc. is a non-profit, tax-­exempt, educational organization.
