To the editor,

The students and faculty of the Wareham High School Junior ROTC would like to thank all members of the community who turned out in support of the highly successful JROTC Golf Fundraiser at Little Harbor Country Club on Saturday, Aug. 8.

Your participation modeled the type of impact concerned and motivated citizens can make within a community, and your contributions will assist these students with their extracurricular activities throughout the coming school year.

In particular, we would like to thank our primary sponsor, Eastern Bank, led by the Wareham manager, Mrs. Rose Berry, as well as Little Harbor Country Club, the Wareham Board of Selectmen, the Wareham Veterans Council, and the Massachusetts Army National Guard.
